Gut Check Wellness for Kids

For just $15 you can join this holistic wellness program for kids ages 6 and up. Each week your child will learn a new mediation or mindfulness technique, they will create a gratitude journal and healthy recipe log, discuss a weekly topic focused on nutrition and wellness and learn hands on recipes that they will make and take home.
Gentle and Restorative Yoga
