SMART Friends and Family

Workshop for family and friends of people with addictive behavior. No registration required. This meeting will take place on GoToMeeting.

Our certified SMART Recovery facilitator will provide tools and techniques needed for people to help their family and friends through recovery from addiction, while also caring for themselves. Members will learn positive communication skills, ways to avoid enabling behaviors, and how to practice self-care. Members will also gain support and connect with other people experiencing similar challenges.
