Join us for our 5th Annual 5K Run/Walk To End Addiction! Our event will be held at Shorefront Park on May 14th and includes a Kids Fun Run (which is free), at 8:30AM, and a 5K through the residential neighborhoods of Patchogue Village starting at 9AM. There are awards in 5 year age groups, refreshments and our tech T-shirts for 5K participants. All proceeds go to Hope House Ministries.
