Saturday Morning Community Meditation

An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Saturday, repeating until December 26, 2020
Every Saturday morning we host a community meditation at 10 am. This is a guided, or spoken, meditation. And all you need to do is come, sit, relax and listen.
Our meditation leader will take you on an imaginary journey for about 20-30 minutes. During this time you will become very relaxed and centered. Then we will sit in silent meditation for 3-5 minutes.
At the end, we have a discussion where you can ask questions or share your experiences. Participation is voluntary and you are welcome to simply listen if you would like.
This is a time and place where you can meet like-minded individuals, relax and feel a sense of community.
You will leave feeling relaxed, happy and you may very well have released some emotional burdens during our time together.
All are welcome and this event is $5 at the door. We provide chairs and yoga mats, all you need to do is come.
Due to COVID-19, seating is limited. You must register in advance for this class. If you register but are unable to attend, please let us know so that someone else can use that seat. Masks are required.
