Celestial Vibrations Intuitive Dance Class

Join Deanna every OTHER Wednesday!
The foundation of this class with be Intuitive Movement.
Dance is the art of self expression and story telling.
It is something that is born within you and it is expressed through movement.
This class will focus on how to properly develop intuitive movement.
Music is a powerful force.
Music gives us the ability to re-experience special moments in our life.
Music has the ability to help us move on from things that hold us back.
Being able to express that is freedom.
Every class will feature different artists and different music styles. This will encourage us to unlock different parts of ourself so we can be free.

At the beginning of class we will sit in a comfortable space and imagine where the music is taking our minds.

Our goal by the end of class is to get the body to follow. I will provide basic choreography for those who wish to be guided.

Each class starts at 7pm.

This 1 hour class is $20.

Attire:
Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move in. Socks or Slippers necessary
